Job Description

is seeking a highly motivated Social Media Manager with 2-3 years of social
media and digital marketing experience that is passionate about the hospitality
industry. This role is for a key player that can create and execute strategy
and execution, while measuring results and altering tactics accordingly.

The ideal candidate is both creative and data
driven, and will be responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of
strategic social media and digital initiatives, including developing and
managing viral marketing campaigns, creating and supervising high-profile
channel accounts, and integrating interactive media into the overall business
strategy.  Other duties include SEO,
search engine marketing integration, monitoring and analysis of social media
trends and their impact on the company brand, and supervision of an internal


-Understand voice of the brand, and
create compelling content that aligns with the core values and vision of the
-Prepare analytics
based social insights and content strategy recommendations based on
quantitative metrics

-Manage and generate
conversations across various social media platforms to engage our followers and
expand our reach. You own how our brand gets experienced.
-Always be in the
know of latest social media and marketing trends, and how to use new
information to increase our traffic and reach
-Be up to date on
relevant holidays and deploy email blasts around key dates (New Year’s Eve,
Restaurant Week, Cinco de Mayo, Super Bowl, etc)
communication and self-management skills. Must be able to create your own
-Create Facebook ads
to promote catering and other relevant initiatives
-Ideally proficient
in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
-Ideally proficient
in understanding Google Analytics
-Must have
intermediate video experience and a strong creative vision
-Must maintain an
organized agenda of all social metrics, and present them to your manager on a
bi-weekly basis
-Maintains a working
knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and can make
recommendations on how best to optimize the brand
-Monitor guest
reviews across Yelp, Google, OpenTable and Tripadvisor and send out weekly
reports to each respective restaurant. Always know what guests are saying about
the restaurants.
-Attend off-site
events as needed to promote on social media

-Able to communicate
and present ideas to senior-level management and owners
-Proficient in social
content creation, publishing, video, SEO, analytics and reporting
