Empellón is a chef-driven NYC restaurant group with various culinary accolades, and Chef Alex Stupak at the helm. Our flagship location in Midtown opened in March of 2017 and received three stars from the New York Times, along with being named one of the top ten restaurants of 2017 by NYT. At the corporate level, we are a tight-knit and small group of individuals who wear many hats, and are very passionate about hospitality.
