The Social Media Manager works closely with the Brand and Content Manager to implement social media content and engagement for two brands. To succeed, you must be self-motivated and committed to providing a positive social experience through timely, personable and professional communication. 4P Foods has two locations, one in Warrenton, VA and another in Charlottesville (Ivy), VA. This position is largely remote during social-distancing, with the ability to work on-site in Warrenton, VA location.
Responsibilities

Provides necessary support in planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns and analytic reports

Adheres to brand guidelines and company culture for voice and representation

Represents the company across social channels, responds to comments and oversees posts daily

Facilitate customer engagement and timely response times on social media platforms

Attend meetings and events within and outside of normal work hours as needed

Additional responsibilities for administrative support, as assigned by the operations team

Compensation
This full-time position pays $17-19/hour based on experience. Additional compensation includes a weekly box of fresh produce and discount on food subscription.
