This is a part-time job with a stipend. The coordinator is expected to be available for monthly or bi-monthly meetings in New York City and must be able to commit 5 to 7 hours per week.
The Social Media Coordinator will support:
Communications, PR, and Marketing
- Creating and scheduling social media content, researching food business media
- Coordinating FoodFutureCo’s media content across our blog, Harvest, social media channels, and print/web publishing
- Researching strategic partnerships to grow social media and online following
- Learning how to improve FoodFutureCo’s SEO with guidance from top web marketing thinkers
At least two years of undergraduate education completed
A keen interest in the intersection between food, environment, health and entrepreneurship
Great organizational skills
Ability to work in a small team of highly motivated individuals in a fast-paced environment
