As the manager of the ‘Oxen’ team, you are a foundational member of Ox’s staff. There are five key areas of responsibility:

  1. Manage a tip-top team of part-time OXen team members. Managing includes the following:

    1. Recruit and hire new OXen on a monthly basis in collaboration with the CEO

    2. Complete new hire paperwork and schedule monthly training sessions

    3. Ensure OXen are meeting all roles and responsibilities; address issues as appropriate

    4. Motivate team on a daily basis to ensure they are providing exceptional service to every customer

    5. Create nightly delivery schedule for lunch and breakfast orders ensuring OXen are allocated appropriately and efficiently to customer orders

    6. Complete daily EOD report and circulate to management team

    7. Create OXen mystery shopper program

  2. Provide exceptional customer service: When needed, provide exceptional service by answering the Ox hotline and troubleshooting client orders during peak periods of the day. Duties include answering customer calls and coordinating with OXen to rectify any delivery issues.

  3. Execute Deliveries: Taking freshly prepared and packaged food to our clients’ offices and setting up their lunch orders.

  4. Oversee inventory of delivery related items: Ensure print and other packing materials are stocked appropriately, and inventory is maintained in a clean and orderly fashion. Replenish and order new items regularly.

COMPENSATION

$ 18 – 20 / hour commensurate on experience
40 hours weekly; 8 – 4 PM.
