We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to launch and drive growth of our new online real estate community platform for the agriculture industry, AcreValue. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves data-driven analysis, has strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and the drive to work in a fast-paced ‘start-up inside a startup’ to quickly identify and test new growth and marketing strategies and tactics to acquire customers.

What You’ll Get To Do:

  • Lead the Product Marketing for the AcreValue product line with responsibility for co-creating the growth strategy of AcreValue online community in collaboration with the Product Management, Design, Sales, and Customer Success organizations.
  • Drive the go-to-market strategy, including customer segmentation models, persona development, positioning, packaging, messaging, and monetization for new products and features in collaboration with Product.
  • Launch new features and products.
  • Identify, build, and execute tests to validate key growth hypotheses of go-to-market levers and the role of AcreValue as an entry point to portfolio products.
  • Drive new leads and conversion rate optimization of the marketing and sales funnels, to convert prospects to free users, and free users to paid offerings.
  • Develop and execute lifecycle programs including in-product discovery, automated nurture campaigns, other direct response and programs to drive upsell, cross-sell, and retention goals.
  • Develop and promote relevant content (case studies, whitepapers, web content, webinars, blogs, etc.) to earned media that helps establish Granular as a thought leader.
  • Communicate the product value proposition to the sales team and develop the sales enablement materials/tools to facilitate and support the selling process.
  • Identify, develop, and communicate on AcreValue OKRs and funnel dashboard, including supplying Product, RevOps & Finance with requirements to build necessary funnel reporting.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of SaaS product marketing or online marketplace experience that includes multiple new product launches
  • Demonstrated experience and skills within high-velocity transaction models (e.g., freemium, free trials)
  • Preferred experience bringing new mobile apps to market and growing mobile app adoption and revenue from established apps
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
  • Experience in agriculture industry a plus
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and flexibly adapt to evolving business needs and rapid product development
  • Demonstrates initiative and ownership with strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to quickly build strong, productive relationships with diverse teams and individuals
  • Effective problem-solving through ambiguous situations and decision-making skills using data, analysis, and experimentation
  • Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels
