Just Salad is looking for an experienced
Senior Brand Manager to join their Marketing Team. As our Senior Brand Manager,
you’ll be in charge of
managing the brand’s voice and message across all marketing materials. You’ll
be a part of one of the fastest-growing restaurant chains!
JOB
DESCRIPTION
- Cultivate the brand story; ensure all advertising,
PR, partnerships and collateral materials align with brand tone and voice - Produce copy for all marketing materials to
effectively manage and accurately message the Just Salad brand voice - Collaborate with PR agencies to implement an
integrated communications plan in regional and national markets - Collaborate with marketing team to ensure an
effective social media strategy and email marketing strategy - Become the brand expert through ongoing analysis,
consumer insights, and knowledge of category dynamics and competition - Shape a strategic vision for influencer marketing to
reach, engage, and grow a larger audience - Develop and lead global partnerships for the brand
- Directly manage the team’s Social Media Manager and
Marketing Associate - Have a personal interest for healthy-living,
wellness, and food culture
EXPERIENCE
- 4 – 6 years post-college marketing experience, with
an emphasis on brand management, preferably in the food, hospitality or QSR
industry - Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Exceptional writing skills
- Detail-oriented
- A track record of audience growth and engagement on
social platforms - Demonstrated ability to forge productive
relationships with strategic partner - Strategic mindset and the ability to connect
long-term vision to short-term initiatives - Strong consumer insights, understanding of brand,
consumer, and product marketing
