To be based out of our office in Soho (NYC), we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic inside sales rep to help grow the number of restaurants on the BentoBox platform. This is an incredible opportunity to get in on the ground-floor of a fast-growing food + tech startup serving the hospitality industry.

-Excellent ability to conduct sales remotely via phone, email and web demos.

-Patience and clarity when speaking to customers who aren’t tech savvy.
-Interested in helping restaurant owners better use technology.

-Previous hospitality experience valued, but not required.
-Previous sales experience valued, but not required.
-Effectively communicating the benefits of BentoBox to prospective customers via phone, email and live web demos.
-Generating a pipeline of qualified leads and finding their decision-maker via cold outreach.
-Qualifying, demoing, and maintaining funnel movement of inbound leads.
-Building a referral network within the hospitality industry and nurturing those relationships.
-Maintaining accurate and timely records of activity through Salesforce (CRM).
-Performing in accordance with a monthly quota and commission structure.
-Embodying a trusted advisor approach to B2B sales.
-Representing BentoBox as the gold standard with exceptional customer service, accuracy and enthusiasm.
-Helping shape future product development based off of customer conversations.
