Industrially grown and processed grain comes from a system that prioritizes uniformity over nutrition and flavor; that pays farmers the same low prices, regardless of quality; that stores grains from different sources in large silos, mills them together, and then sifts to create refined white flour. Community Grains is on a mission to restore a vibrant grain economy built on our core values of transparency, good farming, and 100% whole grain products. We are a small but fast-growing company based in Oakland, CA. Together with local farmers, millers, bakers, cooks, and consumers, we€™re working to create a local grain economy that makes sense for everyone. If that sounds like something you€™d like to be a part of €“ we'd love for you to join our team!
