Recipe Developer
Raddish is seeking a Recipe Developer to join our team to assist in creation, strategy, and development of recipes and culinary content. Reporting to the Content Manager, this position requires a creative and detail-oriented person who will assist with all stages of content creation. The Recipe Developer will join a small creative team responsible for developing industry-leading and educational culinary content for kids. As a start-up celebrating creativity, food, and family, we expect the same from our team. We seek team players with an infectiously positive attitude and a strong desire to excel in a fast-paced, close-knit environment.
Specific responsibilities include:

Work collaboratively as part of the content team to strategize, concept, ideate, and plan recipes, kit themes, and activities, especially relating to baking.

Execute across all stages of recipe development, including shopping, kitchen prep, cooking, problem solving, iteration, and editing; follow established procedures and protocol for the entire process.

Assist with new content initiatives including baking kits, digital recipes, partner collaborations, and bonus materials.

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

Stay up to date with food trends, competitive analysis, and general interests of kids ages 4-14.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:

Be a trained chef or baker with at least 2-5 years kitchen experience; baking experience a must.

Have experience designing and developing recipes from start to finish.

Have experience working with children in an educational or recreational environment and have an understanding of kids’ capabilities and interests in the kitchen.

Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Be detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills, including proficient computer skills across MS Office.

Be an exceptional team player with experience working in a creative and collaborative environment, yet possess motivation to work independently across all stages of a project.
