You’re going to be an integral part of the team bringing the next massive plant-based food brand to market. You’ll help new products come to life and will ensure the incredible products we create are safe to eat. Our operations team is growing and you will be the first QA/QC hire, so you will be creating and implementing QA programs. You will run shelf-life tasting, and you’ll be a crucial part in finding ways to extend the shelf life of our products. You’ll ensure that our products meet compliance standards. You are also an organized person and have the ability to write detailed reports describing QA activities and trends, while also communicating findings and action plans to the Product Development and Operations team. What you’ll do

Work closely with the Product Development and Operations teams to create, develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs (including conducting Food Safety and GMP audits) that comply with government regulations

Develop procedures for shelf-life testing of Eclipse refrigerated and frozen products and conduct testing in house.

Assist with shipping and receiving by reviewing lab testing results, COA’s, incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products

Work with our co-manufacturer to ensure they are following our quality assurance standards

Work with certification agencies to ensure Eclipse products meet the highest standards.

Design QA/QC protocols for future food facilities and lab space.
