Job Description
As Project Well enters this growth chapter, we are building out our founding team and are looking to hire a product leader to serve as Product Lead. As Product Lead, your leadership, product and project management, and UI skills will drive improved health outcomes. You’ll work across user channels and user interfaces to connect patients, food delivery, and healthcare systems and health plans. You should be a systems thinker with experience building and maintaining design systems that drive quality and efficiency. You should be a clear communicator who is skilled at collaborating with others, including engineers, to bring new products to life.
We’re seeking candidates with 6+ years of product experience within early-stage startups, healthcare, food, or some combination thereof.
Responsibilities

Build and enable a team that spans design, research, product, engineering, and marketing expertise to guide the overall product strategy and execution

Plan, scope, and manage product builds with a combination of in-house and external partners
- Balance a delightful member experience with a robust and scalable product architecture
Skills & Experience

6+ years of end-to-end experience designing, developing, and commercializing products, preferably in health care

Passion for patient-empowering technology that humanizes and simplifies experiences. Seeking deep empathy and acute behavioral sensitivity

A proven leader who has built and managed teams in the past, but equally enjoys the hands-on requirements of building

Strong aptitude to collaborate at all levels of an organization and with all roles, particularly with Commercial, Clinical, and Operations

Demonstrated proficiency planning, executing, and delivering projects defined by a sharp element of organization and communication

An analytical mindset who synthesizes data, set actionable goals, creates metrics, and drives execution

Track record of pragmatically evolving product development processes for rapidly growing organizations

Specific experience with mobile, web, and other consumer devices, as well as back-end/data infrastructure, preferably within health care
- Ability to effectively manage ambiguity and changing priorities with a versatile and creative approach to problem solving
Familiar with:

UI prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Sketch, Adobe XD etc.)

Task/sprint management systems (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana etc.)

Product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Hotjar, Amplitude etc.)

Business insights tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik etc.)
