You have 6 + years of in-house recruiting experience in full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.

You have recruited for food / CPG companies with experience across all departments from accounting to sales to product development to supply chain.

You have significant experience managing people ops at a startup, from researching and implementing new benefits, systems, and policies to spearheading culture, team events, and employee wellness.

You are high energy and incredibly passionate about your work and the plant-based movement. You care deeply about changing our food system and have the skills to make it happen.

You are the definition of a people person and feel most “in your flow” when connecting with others, whether on the phone, in person, or even via email!

You are equally thoughtful about designing recruitment strategies and processes AND diligent about answering every last email and LinkedIn correspondence with warmth and personality.

Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle recruiting process, including writing job descriptions with hiring managers, sourcing candidates across various platforms and channels, project managing multiple interview processes, screening resumes, and supporting closing conversations.

Design talent strategy with deep understanding of our strategic priorities and intentionality around hiring with diversity and inclusion in mind.

Monitor success of recruiting initiatives by defining and tracking key indicators.

Educate hiring managers about best practices related to sourcing communications and interviewing.

Owning people ops function, including onboarding and supporting new hires and freelancers, researching and implementing processes and policies such as performance review cycles, compensation and benefits, and feedback channels, and supporting a positive culture through team member check-ins, events, recognitions, and more.

Partner with the CEO to help shape company culture as we grow.

Research and implement an Applicant Tracking System.
