POSITION OVERVIEW
As the Partnerships Manager at Omsom, you will expand Omsom’s proud + loud universe through new and unexpected collaborations, driving brand awareness + customer acquisition. Through strategic partnerships, influencer collabs, and affiliate marketing, you will strategize and execute on differentiated campaigns – while always staying true to Omsom’s values + ethos.
This is a full-time role based in New York City, working in a hybrid capacity!

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Feed Omsom’s “virality engine” through strategic partnerships, influencer collabs, and affiliate marketing
- Own partnership strategy, execution, and reporting; establishing KPIs by partnership types + effectively mapping partnerships to key business goals
- Build strong relationships with brand partners, getting deep buy-in on a shared vision and ensuring accountability to key deliverables
- Lead influencer + affiliate strategy in a creative, brand-aligned way, building an evangelist community of creators
- Manage end-to-end influencer + affiliate relationships — including sourcing, outreach, sampling, contract management, affiliate platform management, and analytics/performance
- Manage influencer budget for unpaid and paid efforts
- Be an Omsom brand steward, deeply understanding the company mission, values, and imbuing all communications with that lens
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience at a consumer startup or agency in influencer marketing and/or partnerships role (preferably in a direct response approach)
- Proven track record managing partnerships from concept to execution, with a deep understanding of setting and achieving KPIs
- Creative, product-driven thinker who works backwards from goals
- Strong ability to build collaborative relationships + communicate with key stakeholders internally and externally
- Excellent project management skills and experience in working cross-functionally
- Fluency in Airtable, Google Analytics, ShareASale or other affiliate platform management
- Deeply understands and is passionate about Omsom’s mission, vision + values
