What you will do:
Customer Relations
-
Receive, review, confirm orders based on pricing accuracy and inventory availability

Enter orders into Google sheet order tracker and Quickbooks
-
Arrange transportation for delivered shipment and resolve any delivery issues
-
Onboard new customers
-
Manage invoices for orders shipped and issue sales receipts when appropriate
-
Manage Rip Van sales email, phone and website chat tool (shared responsibility)
Warehouse Liaison
-
Maintain visibility to and familiarity with inventory levels in order to provide high level of customer service
-
Coordinate transportation, receiving and release from QC hold for product inbound to Rip Van
3PL
-
Schedule inventory transfers between Rip Van 3PL, ecommerce fulfillment, Amazon FBA
-
Coordinate special requests, shipper builds, etc with Rip Van 3PL
Administrative
-
Maintain Master Spec Sheet, including pricing, active items and specifications
-
Create and maintain listings at Rip Van 3PL, ecommerce fulfillment warehouse and Amazon FBA

Create daily operations report and brief team on same during daily team call
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
-
Experience with Quickbooks, Google Suite, Shopify, Excel
-
Strong attention to detail

Great time management skills and ability to work with short deadlines
