retail industry to advance a safer, healthier, and more efficient consumer food
supply chain.  The reach and impact of

industry with nearly 6 million employees.
The Education
Program Assistant will be the glue responsible for ensuring that everything
runs smoothly within the Education team. 
The Assistant keeps everything and everyone together and on task.

What will you do in this role?

In this role, you’ll provide administrative, planning and project
management support in three main areas: 1) administrative management of
share group activities 2) overall administrative support to the
department, and 3) administrative support to the membership department
head. Using your organizational skills and high-level of attention to detail,
you’ll handle all scheduling tasks, process invoices, and serve as a main point
of contact for all membership inquiries. 
You’ll also perform other general tasks such as creating reports, preparing
and distributing meeting minutes and maintaining member contact information in
our online database. The support this person will provide to our members is
invaluable. Administratively, you’ll do the typical things…answer phones,
coordinate mailings, draft/edit documents, update webpages and more. This is
truly a position with variety!

Who will excel in this role?

You’ll be successful in this role if you are a
critical thinker who can think ahead, coupled with a minimum of one to two
years of relevant experience. Prior experience working within a membership
department is preferred. You should be a team player, who is flexible, patient,
and self-directed with strong project management skills.  You should also have a strong knack for
technology with the ability manage multiple platforms and systems with
confidence.
