Position Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall growth and strategic development of the Culinary Agents brand as well as day-to-day execution of marketing and brand initiatives.

This position currently reports to the CEO and is remote-first, with the intention to return to the office full-time (NYC based)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Works closely with the executive team to strategize and execute marketing and promotion plans for current and new business initiatives.
- Extends the reach of the Culinary Agents brand through development and management of strategic partnerships, content marketing, public relations initiatives, and events
- Responsibility to manage and oversee an annual marketing budget, plan and overall calendar
- Oversees all creative and branding for marketing campaigns, promotions, and events; works with the design team as needed
- Market research
- Knows who our audience is, maintains accurate audience information, packages information for management, advertisers
- Understands industry trends and overall technology landscape to properly position and identify growth opportunities
- External & Internal communications
- PR management (inbound and outbound)
- Social Media messaging, positioning and ongoing execution across different platforms
- Oversees management of brand integrations into events
- Compiles and shares relevant information about industry trends and top news internally
- Supports team meetings (coordination and logistics) and other team activities
- Content Marketing
- Works with leadership to organize and execute content including thought leadership, insights, educational and other relevant content via a variety of mediums
- Identifies, coordinates and executes strategic content partnership opportunities

- Serves as liaison between sales, product and operations teams, including:
- Project-managing all integrated programs for advertisers, including communicating with clients, sticking to timelines and budgets, overseeing production of content production
- Creating and updating media kits, presentations, sell sheets, calendars, special programs, event sponsorship decks, and other tools to support advertising sales efforts
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of marketing experience
- Broad and deep Hospitality Industry knowledge preferred
- Ability to develop and implement an overall strategic marketing vision for all aspects of the Culinary Agents brand.
- Experienced at developing and executing branded-content campaigns, video experience a plus
- Thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment (Comfortable with being in the weeds too!)
- Can work well independently as well as collaboratively
- Positive, can do attitude and great work ethic
- Excellent communication skills, including strong verbal, writing, design, and presentation skills
- Extremely organized; can manage budgets, timelines and production on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to creatively and seamlessly integrate advertiser initiative and campaigns with the Culinary Agents brand across online & offline channels
- Strong collaboration skills; experience working together with various departments to execute initiatives
- Ability to grow and maintain relationships with many different kinds of partners
- Office Suite / Google Docs profiency required – Word, Powerpoint, Excel
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 – $90,000.00)
