JOB DESCRIPTION: The Marketing Coordinator will act as a project manager, grassroots marketer, and product champion, owning the day-to-day execution of the marketing plan. Areas of support will include field marketing operations and logistics, trade and consumer communications, influencer/giveaway coordination, report and presentation building, external PR liaising, and more. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and implement promos in retail, food service, and e-commerce

  • Own all event logistics/implementation

  • Continually track social acceleration and engagement against KPIs

  • Stay in-the-know on digital and social trends, and share insights and findings with the brand team

  • Identify influencer partnership opportunities and brand giveaways to reach new audiences

  • Coordinate influencer relationship management, logistics, and engagements

  • Coordinate in-store demos with third parties, track success, and adjust process/training as needed

  • Manage marketing’s point-of-sale materials and swag inventory

  • Coordinate outgoing marketing product shipments and act as point-of-contact for collaborators including brands, influencer partners, media, and the field team

  • Work with vendors for apparel, point-of-sale materials, and other marketing collateral. Manage the ordering, processing, and distribution of materials.

  • Maintain organization and conduct routine refreshing of the brand assets folder with all graphic assets. Act as the liaison for the team’s graphic needs (e.g. sharing package renders with Sales, distributing sale sheets, etc.)

  • Assist in developing content for sales and marketing presentations and tools

  • Monitor and maintain a record of active projects and team

  • Support special projects

  • Provide weekly updates to team on all marketing initiatives

  • Participate in trade shows as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years food industry experience, CPG preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Comfort working in a productive environment as a hands-on team player who can also operate independently

  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks, loves to hustle

  • Highly organized and high level of attention to detail

  • Budget management experience

  • Self-starter who is comfortable working remote, excellent communication skills 

  • Strong computer skills: working knowledge of Microsoft Office required, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint; Experience with web-based programs and NetSuite or other similar ERP systems a plus
  • Desire to grow within company into a senior marketing role
