Our client, a rapidly growing pet food company, seeks a Marketing Associate to assume responsibility for our retail and e-commerce business lines. Compensation is $70K – $80K depending upon experience. This position is eligible for company equity.

Principal Activities
- Develop marketing and online support strategies for e-commerce and retail partner network sales.\
- Oversee implementation of the marketing strategy including campaigns, events, digital marketing
- Manage all third party marketing providers including agencies, graphic designers, PR, and others.
- Develop original content for social media.
- Work with the company executives to develop, monitor, and track subscription KPI’s for the business.
A Successful Candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 to 3 years experience managing social media and digital marketing.
- Experience using Facebook, Google Ad Words and other Google shopping and e-commerce products.
- Experience in evaluating e-commerce performance metrics concerning website views, bounce rates, pages viewed, etc.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
About the Job

The Marketing Associate can expect approximately 10% – 15% travel.
