Prep Cook staff has an understanding of organic, gluten-free, and vegan
ingredients and have a knowledge of food safety and proper food handling. They work together to ensure that the kitchen
and restaurant are kept clean and that food is prepared according to our
recipes and job aides. They properly
prepare and execute all menu items for dine-in, takeout and, in some cases,
- High School Diploma
or GED; or 1
to 3 months of related experience or training.
- Flexibility in schedule with the ability to work early mornings,
weekends, and evenings
to speak, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
kitchen experience, including knife skills, a plus
