Curriculum Editor Needed

Ample Table for Everyone, a not-for profit working in the area of food and nutrition insecurity, is seeking a curriculum editor with knowledge of nutritional eating on a budget. This is a short-term project with a deadline of June 1, 2019.
Over the years, we have funded various curricula to mitigate the four obstacles to food security that we have identified (ie, lack of money, lack of time, inaccessibility to nutritious foods, unfamiliarity with a variety of healthy ingredients, cooking methods, and recipes). Ample Table is now ready to take 4 of its curricula that span the ages from pre-natal and young children through to college students and test them for open-sourcing. However, they are not all at the same level of readiness for distribution. We are looking to hire a curriculum developer to ensure consistent quality, look and feel of all materials across the spectrum.
