Allset is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team helping to drive customer happiness across channels. We’re looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals who want to learn and grow with the company.
Allset is officially launched at 300+ restaurants in San Francisco, Chicago, and New York City. Our mission is to be our user’s favorite way to lunch at restaurants. To accomplish that, we create a wait-free dining experience so people can spend less time waiting and more time enjoying their food.

The ultimate goal of this position is to provide support via email and phone to restaurants and users. Plus the position oversees daily operations including social media posting and help with proofreading. Must have strong written and verbal skills.
Duties:
- Work directly with restaurants for customer service issues;
- Answer user and restaurant emails and phone calls;
- Manage restaurant accounts;
- Help with social media and proofreading;
- Contribute to native and partner-based marketing opportunities.
Working hours from 8 am to 5 pm in our office (55 9th Street).
