Sea to Table is currently looking for a strategic and creative E-Commerce Customer Acquisition Manager for our home delivery business. This newly created position will be fully responsible for driving traffic and conversions for our direct-to-consumer channel at You’ll operate both strategically and tactically, setting on-brand customer acquisition strategies, implementing them, and measuring results. To do so, you will work independently as well as with a small team responsible for the website experience. Your success will be measured based on overall site traffic, cost per session, cost per order, and other acquisition metrics.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and oversee our customer acquisition program, both online and offline, optimizing existing efforts and testing new platforms, messaging, and content
  • Own and monitor KPIs related to all customer acquisition and advertising
  • Manage relationships with, and budgets for, vendors, including SEM/SEO and PR resources
  • Supervise social media team member and leverage all activity to the benefit of customer acquisition
  • Support the website and product teams in assessing and optimizing customer retention strategies

Who you are:

  • You have prior experience driving and converting site traffic through SEO/SEM, PR and “buzz”, and social media marketing
  • You are a data lover with experience analyzing and optimizing advertising KPIs
  • You are motivated to leverage a limited budget to meet our aggressive growth targets
  • You have a creative sensibility with experience in designing, testing, and optimizing ad content and landing pages
  • You are proactive and self-motivated, but work well with a small team and can effectively manage outside resources (e.g. agencies and creative talent)
  • You’re a multi-tasker who can handle many moving pieces while staying organized and accountable
  • Your passion for good food and sustainability would add to the fun, but is not required


  • This position is PAID: salaried, 50k to 100k
