We are seeking a creative team player to join Partake as Brand Manager. As part of the marketing team, the ideal candidate is driven and courageous—eager to offer research-backed ideas and take on responsibility with the goal of impacting business growth. Their commitment to understanding the best products and promotions for Partake is met only by their interest in understanding consumers. This role reports into the head of marketing with a dotted line to the CEO.


  • Bring data-driven ideas and insights to marketing planning and campaign development in partnership with marketing cross-functional team including PR, marketing team, and sales 

  • Develop a deep understanding of the demographics, psychographics, and behavioral drivers of the brand’s consumer; report on opportunities and optimizations for refining message and campaigns powered by research

  • Provide insights into forecasts, taking into account consumption trends and impact of marketing activations

  • Partner with CEO & R&D to develop the innovation pipeline and bring new SKUs to market

  • Own monthly SPINS and retailer data reporting, analyzing Partake performance, as well as category trends and insights. Translate insights into actionable consumer-driven marketing plans for active planning and optimizations

  • Partner closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop actionable shopper marketing and promotional programs

  • Create and present marketing and sales collateral

  • Own brand management approvals inclusive of marketing, sales and product-related reviews to ensure branding consistency and compliance

  • Work with Head of Marketing to develop marketing budget and ensure adherence to P&L 


  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA degree strongly preferred.

  • 5+ years post undergraduate work experience. Fast-paced CPG company preferred.

  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret data and provide creative, data-driven recommendations in line with business objectives.

  • Action-oriented with exceptional project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple, often accelerated projects at once


Self-motivated, super analytical, entrepreneurial go-getter who possesses the highest levels of integrity and character. You’re team oriented, collaborative and have an all hands on deck mentality. The ability to prioritize and multitask to the max in a scrappy, entrepreneurial environment is a must.
