Job Description
We’re looking for a Boston-area based Brand Ambassador to join us. Lavva Brand Ambassadors are key members of our
team, helping to bring our brand to life with fans, potential customers, and
retailers. You’ll wear many hats; no day will be quite the same.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-store demos, engaging shoppers, and delivering
key product messaging - Sample Lavva at local community events — delivering unique, memorable
brand experiences, and creating meaningful partnerships for Lavva - Visit stores and optimize Lavva on-shelf; Give coupons to interested
shoppers - Track your efforts via our reporting system
- Work with Lavva Community Manager to set up and manage local
events, coordinate product delivery and storage, help coordinate staffing and
onsite - Work with Lavva Community Manager to seek out local health
and wellness influencers, setting up tastings and delivering samples
Skills & Experience
- Passion for health and wellness and an interest in
plant-based foods - Outgoing personality: You’re energetic and enjoy
engaging with people - Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills; Ability to train others and
deliver key messages - Ability to contribute insights and knowledge gained in the
field — your opinion and experience are very important to us - Flexibility to work days, nights, and/or weekends.
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid state issued driver’s license with clean driving
record - Live in the Boston area and have knowledge of the area
- Ability to travel, primarily within and around the Boston area
- Ability to store and transport demo supplies at your
residence
Compensation
$20/hour for field work and $180 per 4-hour demo.
