Farm.One grows fresh, rare and sustainably produced greens for discerning consumers in New York City, delivering by bike and using sustainable reusable packaging. We operate indoor vertical farms in Manhattan and Brooklyn that use hydroponics and the latest LED lighting. Since 2016 we have served restaurant customers including Eleven Madison Park, Atera, 701 West, Butter, Rezdora, Eataly, and other restaurants with a combined total of over 20 Michelin stars.

COVID Policy

Except in the case of formal religious and medical exemptions, a COVID-19 Vaccination is required for all on-site employees and contractors at Farm.One within 30 days of employment. Masks are required whenever non-vaccinated persons are on-site.
