At Daily Table we believe that healthy food choices should be available to everyone. Millions of Americans struggle to consistently afford and access wholesome foods. Calories are cheap, but nutritious foods that are conducive to long term health and wellness are not.  At the same time, almost 40% of the food produced and grown in America ends up being wasted. We believe these problems do not exist in isolation, but rather can be used to address one another. Daily Table is committed to making healthy food choices available to everyone while reducing food waste in America.

Daily Table is a nonprofit retail grocery operation with two locations in Boston, MA and plans for growth. Our mission is to bring affordable, delicious, healthy foods to communities struggling to eat better.  We provide grab-n-go meals, fresh produce, groceries and other nutritious foods at a fraction of the prices found elsewhere. Founded by former Trader Joe’s President Doug Rauch, Daily Table recovers excess, wholesome food from growers, manufacturers, and distributors, and blends that with special purchase arrangements with a number of food producers to provide truly affordable nutrition for all.
