Blackbird Foods is a plant-based meat and frozen pizza company founded by Blackbird Pizzeria in Philly along with fellow NYC restaurateurs. What started as a small passion project to make high quality, clean label seitan available to restaurants in the northeast led to diners requesting the products for their homes. Blackbird Foods then began packaging 4 of its seitan varieties for grocery stores along with 4 varieties of its plant-based pizza. All Blackbird products are made at our own facility in New York City.
