Who are you?

You have 4 + years of experience in full-cycle recruiting from scoping roles to managing interview processes for food/CPG companies.

Bonus if you’ve also worked in people operations onboarding new hires and planning team bonding events!

You have helped scale and build other early-stage startups and love the scrappiness required in high-growth startup environments.

You are the definition of a people person and feel most “in your flow” when connecting with others, whether on the phone, in person, or even via email!

What will you do?
-
Manage full-cycle recruiting process, including writing job descriptions with hiring managers, sourcing candidates across various platforms and channels, project managing multiple interview processes, screening resumes, and supporting closing conversations

Design talent strategy with deep understanding of our strategic priorities and intentionality around hiring with diversity and inclusion in mind

Monitor success of recruiting initiatives by defining and tracking key indicators

Educate hiring managers about best practices related to outreach, communications, and interviewing

Own various people ops processes and policies, including payroll, compensation and benefits, onboarding of new hires, coaching, and learning and development programs

Partner with the CEO to help shape company culture by planning company events and team outings
