What will I do?
- Become the individual who leads all operations and takes Sprinly from a regional offering to a national brand in the next couple of years
- Anything and everything related to managing and scaling our operations. This includes:
- Scaling and managing the day-to-day culinary operations with the support of supervisors & leads on the team
- Cultivating an amazing work culture and bringing out the potential of each individual on our growing team
- This role will give you the opportunity and require you to manage teams of 40+ currently, and more as we continue to grow. Our goal is to continue developing and challenging you to grow as a leader, offering you the potential to recruit, develop, and lead hundreds of employees as we continue to grow
- Sourcing high-quality ingredients at scale & negotiating with suppliers
- Improving logistics to ensure operations are running as efficiently as possible
- Creating new training and operational systems & processes
- Developing and/or leading a team to develop unique, healthy & delicious plant-based recipes
- Analyzing and improving all operational costs including food costs, labor costs, packaging costs, etc.
- Being creative and testing/implementing new innovative technologies (packaging, kitchen software, equipment…etc.) that will improve our offering and overall operations
- Leading the process on purchasing the latest equipment and automation technologies that will help streamline operations
- We’re currently expanding our facility and will continue to do so, and you will be in charge of planning for and leading these expansions
- Establishing more QA systems to ensure we are serving the highest quality meals on a weekly basis
- Making sure we’re in compliance with the latest food regulations
- Focusing on continuous improvement of high-quality meals, client retention, and overall client experience

- Able and excited to take on new challenges, especially as we grow & scale (hiring/training a large team, large-scale organic sourcing, creating new systems/processes…etc.)
- Great with numbers, cost-conscious, and strong ability to budget
- Always reliable, responsive, and willing to help out at all times of the day whenever necessary
- Experience in operations/food service/manufacturing
- Experience in sourcing and managing logistics / supply chain
- Preferred: food science exposure and experience creating a HACCP plan
- Preferred: tech-savvy and experience using Excel
- Preferred: experience with recipe creation, particularly with plant-based dishes
- Extremely self-driven and motivated to change the world
