As the content and community manager, you will work closely with the CEO and the creative team to build first-class brand, content, and community experiences. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of social and help build a brand from the ground up.

Responsibilities 

  • Master the Wildwonder voice and develop engaging written, photo, and video content; work with other creatives when needed

  • Craft and optimize email marketing to build connection and community

  • Manage social media platforms with a focus on Instagram and Tik Tok, including developing and posting content, planning and executing content calendar, and engaging with our community through social channels 

  • Manage and expand influencer outreach and community building; identify and build relationships with content creators, tastemakers, and influencers 

  • Brainstorm and plan marketing campaigns (both in person and digital) to improve brand awareness & sales; plan and coordinate community activation events and product demos

  • Develop and update social media reports to analyze performance and improve metrics

  • Support the team in various capacities as needed and be an ambassador for the brand

Skills & Experience

  • We don’t care about diploma, only your creativity, attitude and drive

  • Great communication skills in both spoken and written form

  • Proven proficiency with all social media platforms; proven ability to use platform features and build community for IG and TikTok

  • Design background and experience with Adobe / Illustrator preferred

  • Existing influencer relationships and prior experience working with influencers preferred

  • Excited about the wellness and food & beverage space

  • Proactive & start-up mentality: can independently think about ways to grow our audience and customers; has the ability to figure things out and navigate ambiguity 

  • Highly motivated, always responsive, and has a go-getter / athlete mentality
