As the leader of our digital marketing efforts, you will work in a collaborative and autonomous environment leveraging your SEM, SEO, CRM, social, and other digital channel knowledge to help lead its growth in a consumer-driven digital experience. The company is poised for significant growth and is driving a multi-channel distribution strategy in supermarket, Mass, Club, and Online (through Amazon Fresh, jet.com, and Peapod) and ecommerce. The position will report to our head of marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Our Digital Marketing Manager will develop, create and execute our online growth strategy. You will drive the growth of consumer digital awareness, online retailers & e-commerce sales through all digital marketing mediums. Focusing on user acquisition and consumer awareness, the Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with PRE’s broader marketing team to develop acquisition marketing strategies and digital campaigns that drive business growth. You’ll be expected to determine the right amount to invest across channels given your customers’ path to purchase. The ideal candidate has a passion for digital marketing and is looking to be part of an exciting, fast-paced, innovative company. This person must be a strong collaborator, have an analytical mind with the ability to creatively solve problems. You are comfortable as both a “doer” and executor, and hungry to help grow a new brand.
Core Areas of Responsibility:
- Develop and execute growth strategies with an emphasis on driving consumer awareness through digital marketing tactics, leveraging all appropriate marketing channels, with an eye toward certain content that could go viral
- Expertise in creative digital sources, including organic search, SEM, SEO, social, CRM, and other online channels to grow awareness, demand, and brand recognition
- Develop, build, implement and manage digital campaigns that drive to other online retail partners (Amazon, Jet, Peapod, etc.) and PRE-brands.com
- Manage campaign budgets, optimize, and develop strategies to achieve maximum and measurable ROI
- Partner with our marketing team on campaign tracking, measurement, reporting, and insights, focusing on optimizing in-market campaigns and gathering insights to make our future marketing efforts even better
- Develop & own the ‘perfect page’ blueprint for execution through all digital retailers to ensure best in class content that drives conversion, inclusive of product information, digital assets, packaging assets, educational and research materials
Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce Marketing
- Manages the expansion of manufacturer’s eCommerce presence, collaborating with internal Sales/Marketing teams
- Develop and manage marketing-related eCommerce analytic KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversion, consumer acquisition costs), partnering across PRE to drive e-commerce performance & CLTV
- Manage day-to-day operations and administration of the client’s e-commerce platform, and key e-commerce accounts

General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, organic & paid search, SEO, and social media ads
- Proven experience in a start-up or other data-driven marketing environment
- Experience with marketing on online retailers like Amazon.com, Jet.com, Peapod, etc.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a very strong understanding of web analytics (Google Analytics), marketing analytics & ROI.
- Demonstrable experience managing SEO
- Amazon marketing services & B2C ecommerce platform experience a plus
- Exceptional understanding of consumer online behavior, trends, and market analysis
- Strong organization, time management, and decision-making skills
